Well Take That, Mike Brown

Apparently the right to vote is, indeed in the Constitution, contra legendary Emerson professor Mike Brown. According to the greatest legal mind of our time:

In addition to energy production, which she called one of her favorite subjects, Palin was focused on getting people out to reverse what she called the leftist direction of the county under President Barack Obama.

But she said that media reports mischaracterized the conservative message as inciting violence.

“ ‘Take up your arms’ means voting,” Palin said.

See, the right to bear arms, which clearly means voting, shall not be infringed. Thanks 2nd Amendment! I don’t know where this interpretation was for much of the 19th and 20th century, but nice to have you here now.

There’s not a lot to say on that article that hasn’t already been said. I still have to calm myself down and exercise liberal use of the backspace key when blogging on it. Bleh.

Update: The name of the website I linked to is OAOA. Say the letters individually. Then wonder if they ever feel “hot hot hot”
